MicroRNA expression profiling in adult mouse liver following benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) treatment [Agilent miRNA array]

(Submitter supplied) Lack of change in microRNA expression in adult mouse liver following treatment with benzo(a)pyrene (BaP), as detected using Agilent miRNA arrays. We have investigated the effect of exposure to 150 mg/kg benzo(a)pyrene (BaP) for 3 days on mRNA and miRNA expression levels in adult mouse liver. We used Agilent miRNA array platforms to assess effects of BaP exposure on miRNA expression levels. Our results indicate a distinct lack of effect of BaP of miRNA expression, despite widespread changes in mRNA levels. more...

Agilent-019119 Mouse miRNA Microarray 1.0 G4472A

(Submitter supplied) Agilent Mouse miRNA Microarray 8x15K (G4472A) annotated against the Sanger miRBASE 12.0 database of miRNAs. The microarray is designed to contain probes specific for each of the mouse miRNAs in Sanger miRBASE 10.1, as well as probes specific to the mouse viral miRNAs in this database. Arrays of this design have barcodes that begin with 16019119 or 2519119. Orientation: Features are numbered numbered Left-to-Right, Top-to-Bottom as scanned by an Agilent scanner (barcode on the left, DNA on the back surface, scanned through the glass), matching the FeatureNum output from Agilent's Feature Extraction software. more...
