Adipocyte differentiation

(Submitter supplied) Objective: Potential regulators of adipogenesis include microRNAs (miRNAs), small non-coding RNAs that have been recently shown related to adiposity and differentially expressed in fat depots. However, to date no study is available regarding the relationship of miRNAs expression profile, biological pathway and cellular phenotype during human adipogenesis. Agilent-019118 Human miRNA Microarray 2.0 G4470B (Feature Number version)

(Submitter supplied) Agilent Human miRNA Microarray version 2 8x15K (G4470B) annotated against the Sanger miRBASE 12.0 database of miRNAs. The microarray is designed to contain probes specific for each of the human miRNAs in Sanger miRBASE 10.1, as well as probes specific to the human viral miRNAs in this database.
