FHCRC Yeast Amplicon v1.1

(Submitter supplied) Yeast ORF microarrays were constructed employing a set of 6229 ORF-specific PCR primer pairs (Research Genetics, Huntsville, AL). Individual PCR products were verified as unique via gel electrophoresis, purified, and mechanically "spotted" onto glass microscope slides using an OmniGrid high-precision robotic gridder (GeneMachines, San Carlo, CA).
