Earlybird mutation and knockout of Rab3a on gene expression in the cortex and hippocampus

(Submitter supplied) The cortex and hippocampus were dissected from each individual mouse. Targets from three biological replicates of earlybird mutants and their wildtype littermates and six replicates of Rab3a knockouts and wildtype littermates were generated and the expression profiles were determined using Affymetrix MOE430 A and B arrays. Ras-associated binding protein 3A mutations effect on brain cortices and hippocampi (MG-430B)

Analysis of brain cortices and hippocampi of ras-associated binding protein (Rab) 3A D77G point or knockout mutants. Rab3a is a neuronal GTP-binding protein that binds synaptic vesicles and regulates synaptic transmission. The D77G point mutant exhibits anomalies in circadian behavior.
