The DNA-Encoded Nucleosome Organization of a Eukaryotic Genome

In living cells, this organization is determined by multiple factors, including the action of chromatin remodelers, competition with site-specific DNA-binding proteins, and the DNA sequence preferences of the nucleosomes themselves.
