One route for mRNA decay is through 5’ decapping, which can be initiated by decapping enzymes and small RNAs. Meyerowitz Lab Arabidopsis Operon Array Version 2

(Submitter supplied) This microarray is based on the Arabidopsis Genome Oligo Set Version 1.0 (Operon, Alameda, CA). This set consists of 26,090 oligonucleotides that correspond to 22,361 annotated Arabidopsis genes (The Arabidopsis Information Resource (TAIR) genome annotation version 6). Protocol: The oligonucleotides of the Arabidopsis Genome Oligo Set (Operon) were provided in 384-well plates.
