(Submitter supplied) CD34+ progenitors were isolated from the bone marrow of three healthy volunteers. CD34+CD71+CD45RA- were FACS sorted to enrich for erythroid progenitors. The cells were cultured for four hours with or without EPO in combination with LY294002, and harvested for RNA extraction, amplification and expression analysis. (Submitter supplied) This set contains the aCGH data for the publication. Previous low-resolution studies of chromosome 22 in ovarian carcinoma have suggested its involvement in the development of the disease. We report a high-resolution analysis of DNA copy number and gene expression of 22q in 18 ovarian carcinomas using a 22q-specific genomic microarray.
