Targeted transcriptome analysis of the SigB regulon in Bacillus subtilis

GeneScan_SigB_350

(Submitter supplied) ORF sequences of 350 selected genes from Bacillus subtilis were exported from Genbank. 50 nt long isothermal probes were derived from the ORF sequences and spotted in triplicate (GeneScan, Freiburg, Germany). Probes were covalently attached to a hydrophobic substrate on the surface of glass slides(Waldmüller et al., 2002).
