Description

The c.1772A>C (p.E591A) alteration is located in exon 18 (coding exon 18) of the JMJD7-PLA2G4B gene. This alteration results from a A to C substitution at nucleotide position 1772, causing the glutamic acid (E) at amino acid position 591 to be replaced by an alanine (A).
