Description

The c.4643C>T (p.T1548M) alteration is located in exon 22 (coding exon 22) of the EVPL gene. This alteration results from a C to T substitution at nucleotide position 4643, causing the threonine (T) at amino acid position 1548 to be replaced by a methionine (M). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
