Description

cDNA library was derived from untreated rosette tissue from Arabidopsis thaliana, Columbia Col-0, at 4 - 7 weeks. Plants were grown in 1:1:1 peat moss/vermiculite/perlite soil at 22 deg. C +/- 3 deg. C under constant light, and watered with fertilizer. cDNA synthesis was initiated using a NotI-oligo(dT) primer. Double-stranded cDNA was blunted, ligated to SalI adaptors, digested with NotI, size-selected, and cloned into the NotI and SalI sites of the pSPORT vector.
