1st strand of cDNA was synthesized with reverse transcriptase and oligo(dT) beads, then cDNA was amplified by PCR using modified SMART primers. The final cDNA was cloned in pAMP1 vector in annealing reaction with Uracil DNA Glycosylase (UDG). Library constructed by Y.Korshunova and M. Lovett.
