Description

The goal of this project is to assemble and annotate the genome of the water lily Nymphaea thermarum. N. thermarum is an experimentally tractable member of one of the oldest flowering plant lineages (Nymphaeales), which otherwise lack good 'model species' for genetic or experimental work.
