Description

Double-stranded cDNA was prepared from total RNA extracted from D. melanogaster females. This cDNA was digested with Mbo I, Nla III and Tai I. The 3' fragments produced by each restriction enzyme were recovered and pooled befored sequencing using the 454 technology.
