Verify the transposition events in genomic DNA from 10 different strains of Thermus thermophilus.

Genomic DNA from 10 different strains of Thermus thermophilus were selected on kanamycin after transformation of a Thermus thermophilus Primpol gene deletion mutant with Thermus thermophilus genomic DNA that has been subject to a transposition reaction with a Tn5 transposase and a transposable fragment that contains a kanamycin resistance cassette in order to verify the transposition events.
