3 additional projects are components of the scRNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq, and ATAC-seq data from progenitor exhausted and terminally exhausted CD8+ T cells from tumors and chronic viral infection.
Epigenetically similar subpopulations of exhausted CD8+ T-cells are found in chronic viral infection and tumors
Overall design: ATAC-Seq analysis of progenitor exhausted and terminally exhausted CD8+ T-cells isolated from spleens of mice chronically infected with LCMV Clone 13 (day 30 post-infection) or isolated from B16-ova tumors (day 22 post tumor implantation), with or without anti-PD-1 treatment
Peak-calling was performed on merged bams and the data is linked to the first replicate records.
