Genome Information for Ictidomys tridecemlineatus
The goal of this project is to increase the contiguity of the 13-lined ground squirrel genome assembly to near chromosome level, coupled with transcriptome-based annotations, in order to provide an enabling resource for researchers this model "hibernator" system.
