Enterobacteriaceae

Whole genome sequencing of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales isolated in Japan

The purpose of this project is to investigate the prevalence of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacterales in Asian countries. Special emphasis is laid on plasmids harboring carbapenemase genes responsible for the resistance.
