Genome Information for Cyanistes caeruleus
We sequenced and assembled 150 haplotypes of 75 Blue tits (Cyanistes caeruleus) of a single central-European population by a linked-read technology (10x Genomics), and used these genome data to estimate the historical effective population size and to identify genome-wide distributed selective sweeps (hard and soft sweeps).
