mediator complex subunit 15 (MED15) domain-containing protein may be involved in bridging enhancers and promoters and most of the proteins bearing these domains are transcriptional coactivators| SANT (SWI3, ADA2, N-CoR and TFIIIB)/Myb-like DNA-binding domain-containing protein binds DNA and may function as a transcription factor; also contains a Med15 domain, a critical transducer of gene activation signals that control early metazoan development.
