The coding region has been updated to extend the N-terminus. The update changes the protein length from 1031 aa to 1042 aa, but the splice sites are unaffected. The uAUG has a strong Kozak signal and the sequence is well-conserved: there is no human transcript evidence for the first exon of this mouse update, but the sequence is conserved in human and other species. |
