The coding region has been updated to represent an alternative splicing pattern, resulting in an extended N-terminus that is more supported by the available transcript and conservation data. The exon combination of this updated representation is inferred due to a lack of full-length transcript support in mouse, but it is supported by partial mouse transcript alignments and by full-length human transcript data (e.g., AK293810.1 and AK316105.1).
